Mack Development Group is a full-service design/build developer. We manage everything from evaluating the land before you acquire it, to developing design criteria for your project or home site. Additionally, based upon the type of project you’re doing we develop all of your mock budgets for CMA’s/HOA’s, draft your HOA covenants, and really set up your project up for success. There is a very specific order-of-operations needed in order to ensure that your project is set-up correctly for the General Contractor to successfully build your project. In some cases we are the General Contractor, but in others we are not.
The short version of it is, we lay the groundwork for you (the customer) to ensure your General Construction is delivered seamlessly as a part of an overall project that is delivered correctly.
Remember!… The General Construction portion of your project is typically “Step 9” in a 10-Step Process, and if you skip all the stuff in front of it, you’ll be paying for it down the road.
