Feasibility, land planning, civil engineering, surveying coordination, and site development all run through one team. Civil engineering is performed by Mack Engineering LLC, our licensed Georgia professional engineering firm — giving you one point of accountability from raw land through finished lots or finished homes.

• A civil engineer
• An architect or plan service
• A builder

Each one hands off to the next. Each one prices only its own scope. And every gap between them becomes the owner’s problem — usually at the worst possible moment.

How the workflow moves in one direction

Because everything happens under one roof, work flows forward instead of stalling between vendors:

• The survey feeds the site plan.
• The site plan feeds the engineering.
• The engineering feeds the Revit model of the house.

Finished floor elevations, driveway grades, and utility entries are resolved before anyone orders material. When a plan review comment comes back from the county, we revise and resubmit ourselves — no waiting in an outside consultant’s queue.

One point of accountability

From raw land to certificate of occupancy, there’s nobody to point at but us.
